Man Food

Man Food

Father’s Day is here again and what better time to take the Dad in your life out for a hearty brunch, lunch or dinner.

To honour the men in the Bay this Father’s Day I’ve asked the experts at Bethlehem Town Centre for some hearty Man Food suggestions.

Columbus Cafe

Columbus Coffee is famous for its Big Breakfast and this one is no exception.  With free range eggs bacon AND   sausages - this is going to be a Dad favourite for sure.  This is definitely a hearty serving for  a  hungry  Dad this Father’s Day.  Fill him up!

The Coffee Club

Dad’s love burgers and you can’t go wrong — they’re a classic staple of any man’s diet right?   The Coffee Club are really delivering at the moment with their new Gourmet Brioche Burger range - just a little bit more fancy!  There’s three options; Beef with caramelised onion jam, Chicken Caesar with crispy bacon or Tempura Fish with tartare dressing - all on a soft Brioche Bun.  Yum.  Do you think one will be enough?  Maybe not!

The Orchard Restaurant and Bar

There’s something about a steak and a man’s stomach that seem to go hand in hand.  Men seem to be on a quest to find the perfect cut of meat - and its right here at the Orchard.  Eye Fillet Mignon.  Mmmmmm. Even better - wrapped in bacon!  AND it comes with your choice of peppercorn, creamy mushroom or red wine jus.  What’s not to love?  This will be a winner on Father’s Day for sure

Home Made option

If you’re not wanting to dine out this Father’s Day but still want to do something special for the Dad in your life - pop into Countdown and stock up on some ingredients to try my
